Voice Therapy

listeningChristina’s extensive clinical experience in speech and voice therapy work has been with people who have had neurological difficulty after stroke or head injury, and with those who have voice disorders. She has worked in the National Health Service (London, Cambridge and Bristol) and in private practice, including an 11-year practice in London’s Harley Street. In that time she has worked in hospitals and clinics but also in the wings and green rooms of theatres and concert halls, in side rooms at political conferences, board rooms, front rooms and – on one occasion – a coal mine.

Her specialises in the voice challenges of public speakers and performers. She is often asked to give a second opinion on particularly challenging cases, including taking the role of an ‘Expert Witness’.

Christina provided a wonderfully holistic treatment where all aspects of the self were taken into account. I felt very supported after a scary loss of voice and identity. She helped me to move forward rebuilding both. I can’t praise her work and approach enough. NHS voice therapy patient
